Can saving the planet really require so little effort?

Esther Addley of the Guardian reported that the Green Homes service provides: "Both the technical detail about their own home's energy usage and, uniquely, the highly attentive support they may need to help them to actually do something about it."

So she invited a 'green concierge' to inspect her draughts.

With our "electronic measuring devices, thermal cameras and whizzy computer software" she found out why her house was so chilly. Its inefficiency was hurting her comfort, wallet and the the environment.

After trying out the rest of the service, including getting advice and follow up actions, she enthused: "Can saving the planet really require so little effort?"
