There are many ‘DIY' energy assessment products available on-line. Ours, however, involves an exhaustive survey of the client's home, conducted by a qualified Home Energy Advisor (HEA).

Depending on the size of a property, the HEA spends on average between 2-3 hours at a time of convenience, conducting tests on all areas where you property uses energy or it has the ability to escape or ‘leak'.

When required, they are able to use the latest equipment and software such as thermal imaging cameras and air pressure tightness tests to demonstrate and model how the property can most effectively save energy.

After the tests are completed, the HEA will sit down with the home owner and go through all the areas where improvements can be made and make initial recommendations.
