The Green Homes Concierge service costs £199. This covers the cost of your home assessment, our expert report (which also gives you an EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) and advice and ongoing management, making your home greener.

It gives you unlimited access to your Green Homes advisor and to the team at Green Homes Concierge for a year after your assessment. After that, we can agree a further contract if you feel it would be useful.

Of course there will be other costs depending on what you decide to do.
