Different computers and browsers use access keys in different ways.

Microsoft Internet Explorer 4: Press 'Alt' and the access key number simultaneously.

Microsoft Internet Explorer 5 or later: Press 'Alt' and the access key number simultaneously, then press the 'Return' key.

Netscape 6:  Press 'Alt' and the access key number simultaneously for PC, or press 'CTRL' and the access key number simultaneously for Apple Mac.

Mozilla Firefox 2: Hold down the 'Shift' key, then 'Alt' and access key number.

Opera 9: Hold 'Shift' and 'Esc' key and the list of access key will appear.

Downloadable documents on the GHC website

A large number of documents are available for download from this website. Wherever possible, these documents are made available in Portable Document Format (PDF) and Rich Text Format (RTF), with spreadsheet data extracted into comma-separated values (CSV) files.

PDF files may be viewed using the Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free of charge from the Adobe website. Adobe resources for accessibility are also available.

RTF files can be read by most word processor software. RTF files may not retain the formatting and layout of the original document and normally do not include graphics. RTF files may be larger than PDF files and therefore slower to download.

CSV files can be imported into most spreadsheet software programs.

Currently, there are on our website downloadable files in proprietary formats which may not be accessible.
